Abstract: 

Housing is viewed as a collection of characteristics that are used to satisfy goals, such as comfort and visual quality. Identifying the most important functions of faç adefaç ade, results in improving quality. In this regard, the faç ade plays a crucial role in creating the borders of inner space in contact with its surroundings and can be considered as an interface. This study aimed to investigate and rank the most prominent functions of the faç ade in relation to the inside and outside of a home as a connector and barrier and find out the differences between the importances of faç ade functions of different indoor spaces of a home. The parameters were extracted through a theoretical study for the previous related studies, the functions of the faç ade were first investigated and categorized and then data was collected by using questionnaires completed by experts of housing design. The Delphi technique was used in this regard. In order to rankof the functions of a faç ade faç aderegarding different interior spaces of the home, fuzzy TOPSIS technique, one of the approaches adopted in (MCDM), was used. Findings revealed that the key functions of the faç ade were sufficient daylight and good visual access for living room, control of natural ventilation and air flow for kitchen, privacy for the master bedroom and prevention of noise pollution and management of climate and natural disturbances for children bedroom. It also indicated that making connections with the outer space in the living room, kitchen, and hall are more important, however, in parents and children bedrooms, separation is significantly important.

Abstract: 

Today, developing Medical tourism especially for developing countries is one of the sources of income. If any development in the body of tourism not within the strategic planning framework, and which does not consist of continuous control and preventive actions, will, in different dimensions, meet negative and irrecoverable impacts. Hence, the present study is to examine the position of medical tourism in Shiraz in order to formulate appropriate strategies for proper and comprehensive development. This research method is a combination of surveys and descriptive-analytics. 80 medical tourists and 20 medical tourism experts were selected as a random sample, and, for samples, strategic factors through questionnaires were distributed. Data collected were set in the framework of the Strategic SWOT model, and computational steps were computed using decision-making method based on Fuzzy-TOPSIS. Analysis of findings showed that according to the focus of the first, second, and third strategy obtained from combining Comments of sample groups, focus strategy to action is an aggressive one.

Abstract: 

One of the most prominent and important problems of Iran industries is the lack of competitiveness and the major reason among several various reasons is due to the absence of a defined approach for competitiveness.During this study, by testing an integrated model and presenting it as the research final model, we are trying to categorize the driving affecting factors on Iran’s carpet industry competitiveness. Thus, one of the new Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) techniques – Fuzzy Topsis- was applied. The components of research conceptual model which has 3 main criteria (internal resources, market situation, and innovation strength) and 44 sub criteria was categorized by Fuzzy Topsis technique. Accordingly, “market share”, “e-commerce”, “knowledge creation’, “industry reliability”, and “exporters expertise and skills” were recognized as the most important sub criteria and simultaneously “customers satisfaction”, “employees’ education”, “international certifications”, and “fundamental researches” were recognized as the least momentous and effective sub criteria. These results represent that Iran’s hand-made carpet industry has still some difficulties in applying marketing knowledge such as: on line marketing, e-commerce, and making merchants familiar to these techniques. In addition, paying excessive attention to the quality, durability, and appearance of the Iranian carpets make managers to ignore some other factors such as customer satisfaction. Among the main criteria, market-based perspective was chosen as the most leading and significant criterion. In other words, the approach of position improvement in the international markets is recommended for this industry.

Abstract: 

In this study, for performance assessment of eight irrigation and drainage projects in Khouzestan province, a combined framework of FAHP and TOPSIS technique were used. The major criteria of economic, environmental, social, technical and managerial aspects and eighteen sub-criteria were considered for the assessing process. Needed data were obtained from Power and Water Organization of Khouzestan province. The results indicated that economic criterion with relative weight of 0.292 has greatest impact on the assessment process. The managerial, technical, environmental and social criteria rank next in effectiveness with weights of 0.276, 0.163, 0.152 and 0.117 respectively. Environmentally, the Gotvand project with a score of 0.931 is the most efficient and Shahid Rajaee project with a score of 0.390 is the least efficient project. Economically, Gotvand and Dimcheh irrigation projects with a score of 0.899 and 0.064 are recognized as the most efficient and inefficient projects. The results also showed that according to the overall score, the projects can be ranked as: Gotvand, Dez, Maroon, Dimcheh, Shavoor, Karkheh, Ramshir and Shahid Rajaee. The results suggest that Ramshir and Shahid Rajaee projects that have a relatively low yield, choose the Gotvand project as their pattern.

Abstract: 

In this study in order to compiling the management strategies of the Iranian Fisheries Organization, a series of interviews were conducted with a team of experts. Then, for determining the criteria and sub-criteria of the strategy evaluation, nine sub-criteria were selected in the form of three economic, environmental and management criteria. To evaluate these strategies, a questionnaire was developed to determine the weight of the criteria and sub-criteria and to determine the rating of each of the strategies. The results showed that the most effective criterion in the evaluation of strategies is the management criteria with a relative weight of 0. 410. Economic and environmental criteria with weights of 0. 300 and 0. 290 are in the next category. The results also showed that the international marketing strategy for reaching the regional and global markets and Investments for using untapped and undeveloped aquatic resources respectively with the score of 0. 761 and 0. 324 have the highest and lowest rank among the strategies.

Abstract: 

In recent years, mechanized tunneling and using tunnel boring machines in different ground conditions has developed. Selecting the appropriate tunnel boring machine is one of the important and determinative steps in excavation advances. In this regard, according to excavation and tunnel boring machine properties, can be select the best option. In this study, in first step, criteria such as RQD index, uniaxial comprehensive strength, tensile strength, wall's instability, face instability, distance between joints, water inflow, squeezing, fault zones, karstic voids, tunnel diameter, tunnel slope and tunnel curvature radius was selected, until in next step, four proposed machine be evaluated, and the appropriate option be selected. In following, by using Fuzzy-TOPSIS method and expert's comments, appropriate machine for excavation the second part of Emamzade Hashem tunnel was selected. The results showed that, according to the above criteria, the Double Shield Universal TBM is the best selection to excavate the second part of Emamzade Hashem tunnel. Summary In this study, in first step, in order to select the appropriate tunnel boring machine among proposed machines, thirteen criterions was chosen. In next step, For the use of expert's Comments, Questionnaires was sent. After weighting to criteria, and the proposed alternatives by using the experts Comments, best option was selected. Introduction Nowadays Due to population growth, road traffics has increased. To overcome this problem, reduction in costs and decrease the journey time, tunneling and using the tunnel boring machines has increased. Selecting the appropriate tunnel boring machine can be done by using decision-making methods. In order to, the alternatives most be compared according to criteria with each other. Finally according to the decision-making method solution, the best option is selected. Methodology and Approaches In this study, for selecting the appropriate TBM, Fuzzy-TOPSIS decision-making method were used. In this method in first step after making decision matrix and weighting to criteria, Results and Conclusions According to the results, Double Shield Universal TBM selected as appropriate Option. Flexibility of machine against criteria, specially Geotechnical and geological hazards is the most important reason to achieve this result.
